Who We Are
Our EAP Practice
Personal challenges can take a toll on our health, our relationships, our job performance and our personal well-being. EAP Solutions of Louisiana counselors can provide you and your immediate family members with professional assessment, short-term counseling and referrals for additional services. Services are completely confidential and provided at no cost.
Our Services
Our counselors provide brief, solution focused counseling to help you and your family deal with newly emerging stressors, gain coping skills, manage crisis situations, and treat minor to moderate level emotional and behavioral issues. For more serious concerns such as long term mental health issues, extensive marital or family therapy problems, or chemical addiction, we will make an assessment, provide short-term support and assist you in finding appropriate, longer term health care professionals.
Our Promise
Our goal is to help you and your family members in a collaborative counseling process that uses evidence-based techniques. Our counselors will listen to your concerns, help you to gain insight and awareness into the issues causing you difficulty, and assist you in implementing strategies to reduce stress and strengthen your ability to respond to life challenges. EAP Solutions counselors will respect your values, beliefs, faith, and right of self-determination. Privacy and confidentiality will be strictly maintained.
